Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to oversee daily production operations at our Tempe, Arizona facility. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational experience, inventory management skills, and the ability to lead production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage workflow, maintain production efficiency, support team development, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management Strong leadership and team management experience Hands-on management style with the ability to actively assist production operations when needed Experience using production management software and inventory systems Forklift experience required Strong inventory management experience including: Physical inventory counts System inventory management and tracking Excellent communication skills: Professional email communication Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a production environment Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily production operations and workflow Lead, train, motivate, and support production staff Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met efficiently Monitor product quality and operational performance Maintain accurate inventory levels both physically and within company systems Coordinate materials, production priorities, and workflow scheduling Operate forklifts and support warehouse operations as needed Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment Communicate effectively with staff, management, vendors, and customers Benefits Paid vacation Sick pay Supplemental health coverage Vision insurance Dental insurance Why Join
