This role focuses on coordinating timelines, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication between internal teams and clients to ensure all production needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities Manage production timelines, schedules, and deliverables across multiple client projects simultaneously Serve as a primary point of contact for production-related client communication, including project scope, pricing, and scheduling Coordinate internal and external production resources to ensure shoots and deliverables are executed efficiently Work closely with production team to ensure creative timelines, including moodboards, shot lists, and concepts, are completed on schedule Track budgets, project scopes, and production requests in collaboration with the account teams Prepare and manage contracts and production documentation for projects outside of existing retainers Oversee production schedules and adjust timelines based on shifting priorities or unforeseen changes Assess team bandwidth and identify opportunities to improve resource allocation and workflow efficiency Evaluate and optimize internal production processes to improve consistency, communication, and execution across projects Oversee the video editing process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets Review and provide feedback on edits to ensure alignment with brand standards and client expectations in collaboration with the account and strategy teams Edit video content as needed to support production timelines and creative quality standards Manage and maintain project tracking systems, including Monday boards and production documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience managing creative productions, content shoots, or post-production workflows Strong understanding of video production, editing workflows, and content creation processes Experience managing timelines, budgets, scopes, and production logistics across multiple projects Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, production, and account teams Hands-on experience with video editing software and production tools Experience working within fast-paced social media, agency, or digital content environments Ability to proactively problem solve and adapt to changing priorities Desire to push Get Engaged and our clients toward unique, culture-forward creative opportunities
