Growing exponentially, we need a Production Manager who walks in Monday, takes ownership of the floor, and gets every one of them out the door — fast, on spec, no excuses. Then does it again next month. The pool industry hasn't changed in 60 years. We're changing it. Traditional pools are built one at a time backyards. Six-month build times. Six-figure price tags. The Role You own day-to-day production. Schedules, throughput, quality, safety — all of it runs through you. Metal fabrication, assembly, plastics welding, advanced coatings: you're the person who makes sure every station is staffed, every pool ships on time, and every unit meets spec before it leaves the building. You'll lead a team of technicians and operators. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering on process improvements and with industrial design on manufacturability. What you'll own Daily and weekly production targets. Every pool, every schedule. Backlog recovery. Late orders don't stay late. Quality on the floor. Catch defects upstream, not at final inspection. The team. Hire, train, schedule, develop. Build a crew that takes pride in the build. Safety. Zero injuries isn't a slogan, it's the standard. Continuous improvement. Surface the bottlenecks, run the fixes, measure the results. The handoff from engineering to production. Make new processes stick on the floor. What you bring 5+ years managing production in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with at least two of: metal fabrication, plastics processing, coatings, or assembly operations. Lean manufacturing chops. You've run Kaizen events, value-stream mapped, or driven measurable cycle-time and yield improvements. A track record leading frontline teams — technicians, skilled trades, etc. The judgment to know when to push and when to fix. The credibility to be respected by the people doing the work.
