Production Manager-Manufacturing- Bilingual Spanish/English (PPG#336864)

The qualified candidate will have a confident demeanor with the ability to motivate employees and increase productivity. Previous experience in mechanical assembly or electronic device manufacturing is required. Ability to communicate with employees in English and Spanish is required.

Compensation Range:

$90,000 to $100,000/yr. (Depending on Experience) Shift hours:1st shift -6am start with some OT/Saturdays as needed Excellent environment, great pay, awesome 1st shift schedule, and a very good benefits package make this a position you should explore!!!!!

Essential Functions:

Oversee all aspects of the production area (subassemblies, cabinet, final test, & packing) Responsible for meeting daily production goals. Supervises and motivates Supervisors, Group Leaders and Assemblers. Communicate with Production and Development teams to ensure smooth transition from development to production. Identify and communicate opportunities to increase efficiency and product improvement. Identifies training needs of staff. Enforces company policies, including disciplinary action when needed.
