Production Manager - Roofing

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Manager to oversee our operations and expansion into this market, The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the roofing industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects.

You are:

Experienced Roofing Professional, extremely technical in all aspects of steep and low slope roofing Experience as a Manager preferred Experience in contracting and business in general required Knowledge of management techniques and best practices Leadership and human resources management skills Ability to meet production goals Degree Preferred, but if your experience matches our needs, let's talk! Highly motivated and organized; self-starter attitude Tech savvy Experience growing a brand Excellent communication skills, orally and written Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) required Customer Service skills a MUST!

What you will be doing:

Train and develop staff and direct technicians to perform their job duties in compliance with Safety standards Completes timely and accurate department reporting Coordinates and directs the activities in the department Reviews work orders and assign to appropriate technician skill set. Develops and broadens the skill set of each technician to cross train Oversees scheduling and oversees multiple work orders. Reviews, revises and approves estimates. Maintain, manage and monitors all customer related operational issues to conclusion Periodically visits work sites and customers to ensure excellence in quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Maintains and monitors department vehicles Monitor expenses Ensures profitable results in administrating the department Implements department protocols in scheduling, customer service, work order tracking and accounts receivable This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for you to lead a team.
