$20.00/hr. We're hiring for Production Workers at our Cannon Falls & Hastings facilities. This role involves operating equipment , assembling and inspecting reconditioned containers, and performing routine tasks such as cleaning, prepping, and stacking products. Ideal candidates are self‑motivated , dependable , and able to work with minimal supervision . You'll collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards . Mechanical aptitude and consistent attendance are essential. • Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm Hastings Location
• Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm Overtime as needed (Typically until 4:30pm) Pay $20.

Responsibilities Assembly Work :

Assemble reconditioned products using established production procedures.

Meet Production Standards :

Complete tasks within required timeframes while maintaining quality.

Safety Compliance :

Follow all safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.

Quality Control :

Ensure product quality throughout the production process.

Cleanliness :

Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas.

Communication :

Notify supervisors when stepping off the line or encountering issues.

Waste Reporting :

Report production waste or issues to the Production Lead or Supervisor.

Teamwork :

Collaborate effectively with team members and follow company policies. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Understanding of plant safety guidelines and completion of safety training. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Physical capability to stand for 8-12 hours, lift up to 35 lbs, and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and climbing.
