Hours:

Mon-Fri 11pm-7:30am Responsibilities Operate and support production, assembly, or packaging lines during overnight operations Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Perform basic equipment inspections, adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain continuous production Complete batch records, logs, and documentation accurately and in real time Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and production targets are met Identify and communicate process issues, deviations, or improvement opportunities Support routine maintenance of production and safety equipment as needed Follow all safety, quality, and SOP requirements at all times Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of manufacturing experience (production, assembly, or packaging) Experience working in a GMP or regulated environment Ability to accurately complete logs, reports, and records Willingness and reliability to work third shift (overnights) Commitment to safety, quality, and process compliance Experience as a Medical Device Operator / Assembler, Packaging Operator, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician, Production Operator in GMP facilities, Line Operator or Machine Operator in regulated manufacturing are highly valued backgrounds System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
