Job Description:
Operator -- Entry Level, need to work under the microscope, great hand/eye coordination a must. Morgan Hill, CA Day Shift 6:30am-3pm Pay rate: $22.00
Swing Shift:
2:30pm-11pm Pay rate: $24.20 Temp to Hire positions available. Requires background + drug test Must be able to work Overtime hours (coming in early at 4:30AM) and work on some Saturdays.
Main Responsibility:
Operates Assembly and Test Equipment used in the Backend Assembly of Semiconductor components.
Specific Responsibilities:
Die Attach ,Wire Bonding, Sealing, Laser Marking, RF-Testing ,Packaging and Tape & Reel Loading /Unloading Equipment Operate/Run Production Equipment Microscope inspection Lifting
