Full-Time:

Two-week rotation (5:45am-1:45pm/1:45pm-9:45pm) Continental Straight Day-Shift (6:00am-6:00pm) Continental Straight Night-Shift (6:00pm-6:00am) Main aim of job A Criminal Background Investigation clearance is required Performs repetitive line assembly operations to mass produce products. Other duties and other responsibilities may be assigned. Ensure customer requirements relating to quality and efficiency are met as pertaining to the specific duties and responsibilities below. 1. Perform assembly of parts in specified sequence in accordance with provided work instructions 2. Perform changeovers and poke yoke checks per the work instructions and other Brose documented standards 3. Work multiple work stations to provide flexibility for production needs and support manpower fluctuation 4. Maintain a clean work environment by following the company 5S standards, includes sweeping during and after shift, wiping down equipment, sorting parts, breaking down boxes, etc. 5. Adheres to Brose North America (BNA/TUS) Quality Policy 6. Adheres to all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and implements all necessary measures for work, health, and environmental protection within the range of responsibility 7. Document required checks, tasks, parts, etc. in accordance with work instructions and as required by Supervisor 8. Perform additional tasks to support production as requested by Supervisor Specialized knowledge and Language Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Reasoning Ability
• Ability to apply common knowledge to carry out simple instructions. Physical Demands
• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands, wrists, and fingers to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
