Production Associate Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Assist with formulation and packaging of animal health products Follow production schedules to maintain workflow Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met Maintain clean, organized, and inspection-ready work areas Support inventory and order fulfillment Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Production Technician Responsibilities:

Work with materials such as carbon fiber and fiberglass Assist with molding, trimming, finishing, and assembly Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Rotate between production areas as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support production efficiency and team workflow

Requirements:

Manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts Strong attention to detail and quality focus Ability to follow written instructions and basic math Team-oriented communication skills High school diploma or GED Forklift experience a plus (willingness to certify required where applicable)

Pay & Benefits:
