We design, develop, manufacture and deliver eVTOL Unmanned Aircraft Systems UAS and an ecosystem of related products and services. Our business directly addresses the Defense and Security markets in North America, Asia Pacific and Latin America. We currently have an opening for a Planner II . This position reports to the Director of Operations. The Planner II is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, supporting material planning activities, and ensuring alignment across manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to ensure timely execution of build schedules and achievement of customer delivery commitments.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and material availability Own material planning activities, including monitoring shortages, expediting materials, and coordinating with Procurement to ensure timely resolution Monitor work order status and drive timely release, execution, and closure of jobs on the production floor Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve scheduling conflicts, material constraints, and production bottlenecks Maintain and ensure data integrity within ERP/MRP systems (e.g., work orders, BOMs, routings, lead times) Analyze and track key performance metrics such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and production throughput Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and inventory management processes Prepare and present reports, schedule updates, and performance insights for internal stakeholders and program reviews
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a manufacturing environment Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and capacity planning principles Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (independent use required) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, reporting) Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally U.S. citizenship required/background check due to government contract requirements
