Production Position

Job Title:

Production Associate We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team at a kombucha production facility in Vernon, CA. This role involves handling, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Available Schedules:

Morning Shift (Mon-Fri): 4:00 AM

• 12:30 PM Afternoon Shift (Mon-Fri): 12:00 PM
• 8:00 PM Night Shift (Sun-Thu): 9:30 PM
• 6:00 AM Weekend work (including Saturdays and Sundays) may be required based on business needs.

Employees must arrive on time, be ready to begin work at the start of their shift, and maintain consistent productivity throughout the day. Flexibility to support operational needs is important.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack and handle products with care and efficiency Prepare items for shipment while meeting quality and packaging standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company policies and safety procedures Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Basic Requirements:
