Our Production Team is currently seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to join us and succeed.
JOB SUMMARY
The Production Scheduler is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. This role serves as a key link between production, supply chain, and quality teams to help meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure the timely completion of manufacturing orders Communicate production priorities, updates, and changes across departments Track work-in-progress (WIP) and maintain accurate production records Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability Serves as backup to EDI's daily incoming purchase orders Adjusts Amazon Central based on current product availability and weekly production Identify and escalate production delays, shortages, or quality issues Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce downtime Prepare and distribute production reports and performance metrics Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Assist supervisors and managers with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills); ERP/MRP system experience is a plus Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
