Job Description

Job Title:
Production Scheduler Summary:
You'll play a key role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently by partnering with regional and cross-functional teams. In this role, you'll drive improvements in planning, service, and inventory management—helping us meet customer demand while supporting continued growth. You'll take ownership of production planning and scheduling, ensuring the right materials are in place at the right time. From raw material planning to fulfilling customer demand, your work will directly impact our ability to deliver reliably and perform at our best. Please note that this role requires onsite presence five days per week, Monday-Friday Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Responsibilities Include:
Follow-up on execution (distressed orders, Production & replenishment planning, logistics concerns, Customer emergency……) Ensure planning is aligned with business demand global strategy to drive improvements. Identify and escalate PSI balances, cross-business-function-region concerns, and mid/long-term country/regional allocation/analysis as needed Enforce service strategy decided by business Focus on continuous improvement for production & replenishment strategy and local processes to drive planning service standardization in line with regional processes and policies Identify, communicate and help solve problems with constrained planning Master data maintenance and optimization Able to solve complex problems Attend Production Meetings and address daily and short-term scheduling issues. Schedule in accordance with inventory targets/internal service requirements and Operational limitations Plan/Manage Raw Materials and Cross Pole/Plant Requirements. Provide Weekly Plan and Raw Material Requirements based on agreed schedule with Operations Control exception messages to continuously improve schedule Inventory Management Develop optimal inventory targets for each step of the process based on demand. Manage Key Raw Materials Inventory Utilize systems (SAP, MiMi) to plan production by asset thru demand for orders, safety stock and forecast Continuous optimization of the existing schedule to get closest possible to the original customer RDD. Ensure inputs for planned production are ordered, available and ready to execute the production schedule published Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years in supply chain or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and think strategically Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders in a matrixed environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of a global organization Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong project and time management skills, with a track record of delivering results The following are preferred qualifications: Working knowledge of
SAP and Microsoft Suite What We Offer:
Base Pay Range:
$84,000 - $122,650 The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable.
