This position requires large production kitchen experience, responsible for complying with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.

Duties include:

proper cleaning and sanitizing dishes, food preparation/handling techniques, knife skills, receiving supplies, and organizing storage areas for inventory are a must. Excellent communication skills along with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and prior experience in food production required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. strongly desired. Weekends & holidays are required as needed. ServSafe Food Handler is a must. Must adhere to school's established Quality Standard System (QSS). Other duties as assigned.
