Production Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities and manage workflow to ensure efficiency and quality. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork. Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve production issues. Prepare and maintain production reports, providing insights to management on performance and challenges. Assist in training new employees on production processes and safety protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
