Must be willing to work a 12-hour night shift rotation.

Qualifications include:

5+ years direct production supervisory experience with a focus on safety, environmental matters, quality, process, and people. Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred Industry background in manufacturing related to mining, paper mills, steel plants, refractory, heavy equipment fabrication, stone processing, cement plants, etc. highly preferred Direct experience with Material Processing Ability to analyze and understand process trending Good Leadership skills with strong interpersonal/people skills Must be results driven and a self-starter, easily understands and follow directions Positive and proactive attitude with ability to address issues and implement solutions as required Must be able to work in a team environment and willing and able to adapt to fast-paced changing environments Knowledge of MS Office 365 and inventory management system.
