Position Summary:

Timken is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining Timken's high standards of safety and quality. Essential Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations to meet production goals and deadlines. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees. Ensure adnce to safety and quality policies. Basic Requirements:

Associate Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years leadership experience.
