What You Will Do Lead a small production team building air-control products used in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Translate product and application requirements into clear expectations on the floor: what needs to be built, how, and by when. Support operators with questions on drawings, specifications, and quality requirements so parts are made right the first time. Help coordinate workflow, prioritize jobs, and keep safety, quality, and on-time delivery at the center of the team's day. Work closely with engineering and operations when issues arise, offering practical insight from your HVAC background. You will be on the floor most of the day, connecting your technical understanding of HVAC systems to hands-on production and people leadership.
