Position Summary:

The Production Supervisor will oversee hourly employees and ensure schedules, policies, and procedures are followed. Maintaining a high level of organization and drive continuous improvement to help build/maintain a culture of good work ethic, loyalty, lean manufacturing. The position also requires embrace the Custom activities of the brand.

Job Responsibilities:

Hires, trains, disciplines and rewards employees in accordance to company's guidelines Reviews and maintains daily task Develops and implements process improvements needed for optimal department performance Ensure the employees are focused on customer and internal quality issues and anomalies Track and report on TPP data Update and share information from the Departmental and station boards Participate and solve anomalies cross functionally in the Fast Response program Collaboratively work with Engineering to launch new product and custom deviations Report out daily in an accountability meeting on quality and daily work standards performance Help build and maintain world class 5's Report out in weekly staff meeting on progress and closure of weekly and monthly task/projects
