Job Description

Macorcap Labs is growing fast, and we need a Production Supervisor who is a "fixer." You aren't just watching a clock; you are watching the flow. We operate multiple canning lines and two PET bottling lines. Your job is to lead the team, eliminate downtime, and find ways to make our lines run faster and smoother every single day. This is a hands on, on your feet active role. You will be floating from equipment to equipment working to keep th elines running and optimizing the production flow. What You'll Do Own the
Line:
Oversee daily operations for your dedicate line or shift. You should know what "good" looks like and how to get the team back on track when things slow down. Optimize for
Speed:
You will look for ways to reduce changeover times, eliminate bottlenecks, and simplify how we pack out. Lead from the
Front:
Manage and cross-train operators. We need a leader who isn't afraid to jump in, help the team, and ensure everyone is hitting their numbers. Keep it
Organized:
Implement simple, common-sense improvements (5S/Organized workspaces) to keep the floor lean and efficient.
Documentation:
Ensure all production logs and repairs are documented accurately per FDA and GDP standards. Technical Knowledge Required You need to be a "machine person" who understands high-speed production. You should have direct experience with:
Can and Bottle Fillers PET Equipment:
High-speed sleevers, cappers, and fillers.
Packaging & End-of-Line:
Sidel/Douglas tray packers and PAI/T-Tek palletizers.
Blending:
Familiarity with liquid blending
Qualifications Experience:
5+ years in high-speed Food/Beverage manufacturing.
Mindset:
A "Find a Way" attitude. If a line is down, you're the one leading the charge to get it back up. Mechanically inclined
Leadership:
Proven experience running teams in a fast-paced environment.
Physical:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50lbs.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
