Job Duties:

Recommend and execute improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions Oversee a line or area within a department, including responsibility for front line employees and leads Conduct root cause analysis in partnership with the quality team on defects Monitor safety compliance, including PPE adherence, safety policy adherence, and safety audits Manage performance evaluations and administer disciplinary and corrective actions Conduct incident investigation reports in partnership with

$49,900.00 - $69,300.00 per year
