Schedule:

M-F 7:00am-3:30pm Bearing Technologies is seeking an individual to join our Sheffield team as a Production Supervisor. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that warehouse associates have the guidance and support needed to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately. Production Supervisor Duties Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment. Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols. Utilize warehouse management systems and monitor productivity. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Implement efficient materials-handling processes to optimize workflow and minimize errors. The Production Supervisor will report directly to the Warehouse Manager. Requirements Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals. Knowledge of safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols in a warehouse setting. Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate mechanical equipment as needed. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
