What You Will Do:
In this role, you will be a true, people-first mentor. You will lead, coach, and support an excellent, highly trained group of production employees on the 3rd shift. Your day-to-day will focus on ensuring shift safety, driving manufacturing efficiency, and collaborating closely with the management and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly. 3+ years of experience within a dairy or pasteurization facility with some leadership experience Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills.
