Job Description

Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor - Admixtures & Grinding Aids to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for leading daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across the facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities to meet production goals. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production operations, ensuring a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance with all company and regulatory standards Schedule and assign work, plan manufacturing activities, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer and intercompany orders Partner with maintenance, quality, inventory, and shipping/receiving teams to ensure efficient and coordinated plant operations Monitor production performance, inventory levels, and batch documentation to maintain accuracy and meet customer demand Ensure preventative maintenance and repairs are completed to support safe and efficient equipment operation Drive continuous improvement, housekeeping standards, and adherence to Business Management System (BMS) requirements Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements Perform other related duties as assigned What's in it for you Highly competitive base pay between $67,000 and $85,000 & premium shift differentials, if applicable. Biannual "Rewards for Results" bonuses, awarded on discretion based on plant performance.

Qualifications Minimum:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing, production, or plant operations experience with supervisory responsibility preferred. Manufacturing, production, or plant operations experience with supervisory responsibility preferred Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards (OSHA, EHS) Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment Must be able to handle moderate travel up to 30% Valid driver's license with a good driving record required Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran (M/F/D/V) MAPEIP2
