Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activity on the shop floor. Help coordinate workflow between laser, punch, press brake, welding, hardware, powder coat, assembly, and shipping. Monitor job priorities, schedules, due dates, and production status. Work with leads, operators, quality, engineering, purchasing, scheduling, and management to resolve issues. Make sure employees are following job travelers, drawings, work instructions, and company procedures. Help identify material shortages, quality concerns, bottlenecks, and production delays. Coach employees, support training, and help maintain accountability throughout the shift. Promote a safe, clean, respectful, and productive work environment. Ensure safety rules and PPE requirements are followed.

Qualifications:

Manufacturing supervisory or lead experience preferred. Sheet metal fabrication experience strongly preferred. Ability to read job travelers, drawings, work instructions, and production schedules. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead employees in a fast-paced job shop environment. Basic computer skills required. JobBOSS/E2 experience is a plus. Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to lead by example. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shop. Ability to work around machinery, forklifts, noise, and normal manufacturing activity. Must be able to wear required PPE.

Shifts:

Day Shift 6:00 AM to 2:40 PM. Monday thru Friday.
