Position Summary The Production Supervisor (Overnight Shift) oversees and coordinates daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and team engagement. This role provides leadership to plant staff across Processing and Packaging functions while collaborating closely with Sanitation and Operational Leads. Production & Operations Coordinate daily production activities and lead daily production meetings. Provide direction and support to production staff (Processing and Packaging). Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards. Create and maintain team schedules for designated areas. Communicate schedule changes to team members in a timely manner. Complete daily timecard reviews and corrections. Train and coach team members to support performance and accountability. Identify and resolve production and operational issues in real time. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within assigned areas. Food Safety & Quality Ensure quality approval is obtained at all required production stages. Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and regulatory requirements. Serve as a member of the HACCP team. Monitor and uphold prerequisite programs including Sanitation, GMPs, Allergen Management, Foreign Material Control, and Product Traceability Report all human safety, food safety, and food quality issues immediately. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial food production or manufacturing. Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety regulations. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Must have sanitation experience Excellent communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish preferred). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Basic computer skills for tracking and data entry High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to work overnight. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing for extended periods. Climbing ladders and equipment as needed. Exposure to wet production environments and temperature variations including refrigerated and freezer areas. Employment Status This is a full-time, salaried, exempt onsite position located at our manufacturing facility in Niwot, Colorado. This role is not hybrid or remote.
