Job Description
We are looking for a Production Supervisor who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front, and making a real impact on how things run day-to-day! You won't just be managing a team, you'll be driving production, improving processes, and building a team that takes pride in what they deliver . This is a highly visible role where your leadership directly impacts output, efficiency, and overall operations. You'll have the opportunity to step in, make changes, and actually improve how things operate . If you're someone who gets frustrated when processes are broken and wants the authority to fix them, you'll thrive here. You'll be part of a team that values execution, accountability, and continuous improvement , where your ideas won't just be heard they'll be expected.
Shift:
M-F 6pm to 2:30am Day toDay:
Lead a team of production employees and set the tone for performance, accountability, and culture Drive daily production goals making sure everything stays on track, on time, and up to standard Be the go-to person on the floor when challenges come up- solving problems in real time Keep a close eye on product quality and step in quickly when something's off Identify inefficiencies and take action
- whether that's reducing waste, improving workflows, or implementing better processes Create a strong safety-first environment where your team knows expectations and follows them Partner with planning, inventory, maintenance, and engineering teams to keep everything running smoothly Develop your team
- coach them, train them, and help them grow What You Bring to the Table Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies The ability to step in, take control, and keep operations moving when things get hectic A mindset focused on continuous improvement
- you're always looking for a better way to do things Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions on the fly A solid understanding of quality standards and how to maintain them Experience working with ERP systems and basic reporting tools (Excel, etc.
