Kneader systems and related downstream equipment Supervise, train, and coach production employees to ensure safe and efficient work Monitor product quality including melt characteristics, density, color, and pellet consistency Ensure compliance with safety standards including PPE, chemical handling, and lockout/tagout procedures Coordinate material flow including resins, additives, stabilizers, and colorants Troubleshoot process issues and collaborate with maintenance when needed Maintain accurate production records including downtime, scrap, and shift reports Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste, increase throughput, and improve consistency Communicate shift updates to management and incoming crews Promote a positive, accountable team culture through leadership and example Experience Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing Hands on experience with

Kneader or similar compounding equipment Strong understanding of palletization, PVC processing, and plastics manufacturing Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and industrial best practices

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
