Parental Leave Shifts Available and Hours:

Second Shift 3PM to 11

PM Shift Premium:

$1.00/hour extra for shift differential What you will be doing Lead by example in following all safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety. Conduct pre-shift meeting and inspections to ensure readiness and compliance. Drive performance by achieving shift KPIs and maintaining product quality standards. Promote accountability for safety, housekeeping, and quality among self and team members. Support the Extrusion Supervisor in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members. Ensure timely delivery of products to both internal and external customers. Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, seeking assistance when necessary. What will make you successful?

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in extrusion processes, equipment operation, and use of precision instruments. Proven ability to respond effectively to emergency situations. Strong understanding of company safety initiatives and ability to serve as the safety facilitator on the production floor.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
