Job Description

Production Team Member A growing wellness company in the Flathead Valley is seeking dependable individuals to join its team. The Production Team Member is responsible for preparing, blending, filling, and packaging products while ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance at every step of the process.
Why You Want This Position:
Starting Wage:
$20.25/hour + $1/hour increase after 90 days
Schedule:

Essential Functions and Duties:
Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following approved formulas and batch records Assemble, fill, label, and package products according to company specifications Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and quality documentation Follow cGMP, SOP, safety, and sanitation standards throughout production Communicate equipment issues, material shortages, and production concerns to supervisors promptly
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided Team-oriented, reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality and accuracy Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to follow cGMP, SOP, safety, and production procedures Basic math skills for weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients accurately Able to perform physical work, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly Our services are at no cost to you, so get in touch, quick!
