Production Team Member Responsibilities:

• Follow Standard Process Instructions (SPI), work instructions, and operating procedures to ensure that parts are produced/processed to required specifications.
• Perform initial inspection
• Verify weights and measurements of parts
• Record data into computer systems
• Sort parts into bins that are needed
• Load and unload parts at presses, furnaces, and deburring units
• Coin and dip parts to prevent parts from rusting in rust preventative liquid
• Package parts based on specifications
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
• Complete training requirements as specified within the levels program Requirements for

Production Team Member:

• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for 8-12 hr. shift, move from area to area, and reach with hands and arms
• Able to work in moderately hot conditions (75-100 degrees)
