Production Technician

Immediately Hiring Production Technicians! Build Materials That Power Modern Technology We are hiring Production Technicians to support the production of materials used in advanced industries, including magnet manufacturing. In this role, you'll work with rare earth materials, operate equipment, and help ensure safe and reliable production. What You'll Be Doing Receive and prepare raw materials from the quarry for processing Load machines with product, including occasional heavy lifting Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Monitor gauges, temperatures, and chemical levels to keep processes running correctly Record production data and equipment readings using Microsoft Office Perform basic troubleshooting to fix minor equipment issues Inspect products and equipment to ensure quality standards are met Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area What We're Looking For Experience operating machines in a production or manufacturing setting Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment Comfortable with physical work, including standing and lifting Strong attention to detail, especially when monitoring equipment Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines Comfortable using computers for data entry and documentation Preferred (Not Required) Experience in manufacturing, production, or cleanroom environments Experience in quality inspection or process monitoring Familiarity with chemicals or industrial processes Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts Why This Role Stands Out Work in a new, modern manufacturing facility Gain experience with advanced production technology Structured environment with clear processes and expectations Rotating schedule provides multiple days off in a row Opportunity for long‑term growth in a high‑demand industry Work Environment & Schedule Temperature‑controlled manufacturing facility Clean, organized, and highly automated production floor Active role — standing and moving throughout your shift

• 6:00 AM Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wheat Ridge, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00
• $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
