$19.50/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 4:15 pm-2:45 am

Overtime:

Friday, 2:15 pm-10:45 pm

Breaks:

2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute lunch Primary Duties and Responsibilities Learn and follow detailed work instructions Must know how to read a tape measure (will be tested during interview) Adhere to Lock Out Tag Out safety standards Consistently meet or exceed production benchmarks Maintain effective time management and clear communication Work independently and as part of a collaborative team Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative Follow all safety procedures and department guidelines Maintain a neat and organized work area, following 5S principles Suggest process improvements for greater efficiency Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum of two months of machine operation or maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting Proven commitment to quality, compliance, and productivity Ability to identify ultrasonic, thermal, electrical, and pneumatic concerns Able to follow thorough work instructions from start-up to shut-down Familiarity with company safety, OSHA, and Lock Out Tag Out procedures Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Basic English literacy and math skills (including reading a tape measure) Self-motivated and reliable Previous fast-paced industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus Physical & Ergonomic Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to use power tools safely Capacity to perform physical tasks as required Benefits Opportunity for quarterly performance bonuses A fun and engaging workplace culture, including annual field day, monthly employee meetings, food trucks, and more Resume not required 10203554 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
