Production Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be integral to ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Operate CNC equipment (operation only - no programming required) Assist with extrusion line operation (training provided) Perform product component manufacturing processes Complete product assembly and packaging Support production scheduling and workflow coordination Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product standards Manage and track raw material inventory levels Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist with other production-related tasks as needed Occasional 3rd shift duties with shift pay diferental. Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred. Some CNC experience is a plus. Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement practices. Plastic Processing Experience a plus. Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts safely is a plus. Warehouse experience including materials handling and inventory management is desirable. Strong attention to detail, safety-minded attitude, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
