We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a temporary-to-permanent position with the opportunity for long-term employment for the right candidate. About the

Role:

This is a hands-on manufacturing position involving the production, assembly, finishing, and packaging of medical training products. The work is process-driven and repetitive in nature, requiring consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Daily tasks may include:

Mixing foam, silicone, and urethane materials Filling molds and removing finished components Trimming and finishing parts Painting and packaging products Performing quality inspections Maintaining a clean and organized production area Assisting with general manufacturing and warehouse duties as needed The role requires standing for extended periods and working efficiently while maintaining product quality standards. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and consistent Detail-oriented and process-focused Comfortable with repetitive hands-on work Able to work independently and as part of a small team Willing to learn and follow established production procedures Motivated to produce high-quality work efficiently Preferred Experience Previous manufacturing or production experience Experience working with hand tools or basic power tools Assembly, warehouse, or process-based work experience Strong work ethic and attendance record Compensation & Incentives Base pay starts at $15/hour, with additional performance-based production incentives available.
