Job Description

We're on the lookout for a hands-on, detail-driven, and process-oriented Production Technician on the night shift to join our fast-paced production team. This role includes a $5.00/hour shift differential , bringing the total hourly rate to $30.00 per hour . Night shift hours are from 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM Monday - Thursday. What You'll Be Doing:
Manufacture interior elevators Use power tools and tape measure on a daily basis Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment and systems Lifting approximately 40 pounds, on feet all day, moving Operating press line, working on cells where assembly cab interiors from start to finish Collaborate with different areas in the shop Follow safety, quality, and process standards Learn and practice Lean manufacturing to implement continuous improvement processes and identify opportunities Work in fear-free culture- look at process not person. Table:
Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment is a plus. We are willing to train those with no experience.
