Production Value Stream Lead

About the Role As a Production Value Stream Lead, you will spearhead operational excellence by optimizing manufacturing workflows and fostering a culture of safety. You will leverage your expertise in Lean methodologies and process improvement to drive high-impact results, ensuring that production targets are met with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Champion a culture of safety and 6S excellence across all production lines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance overall process capability. Analyze root-cause failures to implement sustainable solutions and improve production reliability. Coordinate cross-functional resources, including maintenance and engineering, to ensure seamless production flow. Manage labor and material allocation to achieve consistent work order attainment and meet customer demand. Oversee production scheduling and sequencing to maximize throughput and operational efficiency. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 3-5 years of proven leadership experience within a high-performance manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate complex operational strategies effectively. Preferred Skills Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent Lean manufacturing training. Prior experience managing multi-level teams or other supervisors. Proven track record in project management and large-scale process optimization. Deep familiarity with team-based manufacturing management systems.
