Production & Warehouse Associate

Production & Warehouse Associate We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role plays an important part in maintaining efficient production flow, accurate material handling, and quality packaging standards throughout the facility. Responsibilities Assist production teams with picking, packing, and staging materials and finished parts Follow customer-specific packaging and handling requirements to ensure quality and accuracy Support shipping and receiving operations as needed, including unloading, organizing, and verifying incoming/outgoing materials Perform secondary manual operations such as part marking, labeling, light assembly, and inspection Maintain organized inventory and material flow throughout the production floor and warehouse Assist with general floor operations and production support tasks as directed by the Production Lead Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout work areas Follow company quality standards, procedures, and safety guidelines Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, picker/packer, or material handling experience preferred Ability to follow detailed work instructions and packaging requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to support multiple departments Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Skills Picking & Packing Material Handling Shipping & Receiving Inventory Organization Assembly & Secondary Operations Production Support Attention to

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
