STATEMENT OF JOB

The Production Weatherization Director will carry out all assigned duties as required by the President/CEO and assign duties and supervise the Weatherization Clerk Typist, Outreach/Canvasser and Energy Auditors. Duties and Responsibilities the Production Weatherization Director will be responsible for the following: Audit eligible client's home to determine the tactics and materials needed for the weatherization of the dwelling in accordance with DOE and State Regulations for both single family and multifamily, Renter and Owner. Prepare the list of materials for each dwelling unit audited to be used in the preparation of Bid Packages and preparation of the Building CheckList as part of the client's application package. Perform In-Progress Inspections on all units contracted out to vendors to determine that the work is being accomplished in accordance with the contract and that the work is being accomplished in a professional manner. Supervise field technicians and staff up to and including assigning and inspection of work. Work with field technicians in installations of materials through job completions. Be responsible for meeting the production requirements set forth by DCA. Be responsible for surveying the quantity of homes required as mandated in the funding source contract. In surveying homes, compare the requirements of the audits provided by the utility companies against the requirements of his/her audit. Be responsible for understanding all grant and fiscal requirements. Provide information and data for the preparation of monthly reports (i.e. Certificate of Completion of all completed units to be reported for the month). Attend meetings and training as required. Follow guidelines in Policy and Procedures manual. Maintain financial records. Ensures completeness and accuracy of information. Responds appropriately when discrepancies are noted. Maintain regular departmental filing and records. Attends staff / department meetings, trainings and workshops as assigned. Other duties as assigned that are deemed necessary for program operations.

Qualifactions:

HS Diploma or GED equivalent Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Comprehensive knowledge of Weatherization procedures. . Valid NJ Driver's License Minimum five years experience
