Pay:

$22.62/hour

Shift Premium:

+$0.50/hour for hours worked between 6:00 PM - 6:00

AM Overtime:

Excellent overtime opportunities available

Schedule:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings 2nd shift primarily focused on sanitation Contract-to-hire with advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Perform packaging and production duties as assigned by the supervisor Rotate between production lines and workstations while following proper ergonomics Read and follow production schedules and packaging documentation Assist with line setup, changeovers, and production preparation Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures, GMPs, and food safety guidelines Handle cleaning chemicals safely and assist with sanitation processes, including operating foamers Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable with physical work including: Lifting 25-30 lbs regularly Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and standing Why Apply?
