COPY LINK link Adecco is recruiting for multiple Production Associate positions with a specialty manufacturing facility in Aurora, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $17.50/hour to start, working day shift. These are entry-level roles supporting hands-on production and finishing processes. Placement will be based on skills, interest, and business needs. No prior experience is required — training is provided. Responsibilities include: Assist in hands-on production and finishing processes Pour, trim, finish, or handle products at various stages of production Use basic hand tools to prepare or refine finished pieces Move materials and finished products between workstations Maintain cleanliness andanization of the work area Follow safety and quality guidelines What you bring: No prior experience required (manufacturing or production experience is a plus) Good attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and procedures Dependable attendance and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:

Standing, sitting, and repetitive hand motions throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning a specialized manufacturing process in a stable, day-shift environment.

Pay Details:
