Production Worker

Hours:

7:00am-3:45pm QPS is hiring Production Workers in Edwardsville, KS! Join a growing team with great 1st shift hours and the opportunity to get hired-on full-time. Work includes tire and wheel assembly, quality inspection, and warehouse support in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay, steady daytime schedule, and great benefits once hired on. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Production Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assemble and mount tires on wheels according to specifications
• Inspect tires and wheels for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Production Worker Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; may substitute company-provided GED works program within 1 year of hire
• Previous experience in tire and wheel assembly preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
