Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment efficiently to carry out production tasks at Northland Companies Insulation, Monuments, Supply in Longville, MN, US Work in a team environment, supporting colleagues and working towards a common goal Uphold quality and safety standards by strictly following standard operating procedures and safety protocols Inspect and package finished products according to specified guidelines to ensure high-quality product delivery Maintain a tidy and well-organized work area at all times for efficient workflow Collaborate with team members at Northland Companies Insulation, Monuments, and Supply to achieve production targets and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 35 lbs Possess detail-oriented skills as evaluated through an assessment process Have reliable transportation to commute to work Demonstrates the ability to follow directions effectively A basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting is required Have a great attitude!
