Production Worker = Daytime & Overnight positions available

5 Generation Bakers is a local wholesale bakery that specializes in baking Jenny Lee Cinnamon Swirl Bread, as well as other specialty baked goods. We're currently looking for production workers to start immediately at our bakery in McKees Rocks. Positions are full time, with a Monday through Friday base schedule, with weekends as needed. Schedules vary based on shift & department. Openings on both day and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team to produce and package baked goods. Work at different stations or production lines as needed. Follow SOP's to ensure consistent results and quality products. Package and palletize all products according to customer requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and employees.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Ability to work a set full time schedule, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures. Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 20lbs. consistently throughout shifts.
