Production Worker:

Shop Assistant to join our team on a temporary, three-month basis. This role plays a key part in supporting our UV printing production process and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Maintain reliable and punctual attendance Keep production areas clean and organized Support smooth and efficient production flow Stock production materials as needed Work across various manufacturing stations Count and track inventory accurately Perform quality control checks (color, defects, etc.) Package completed products Prioritize quality over speed Follow instructions and company processes accurately Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and manager Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Open availability and strong punctuality High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong communication skills Basic math skills (inventory counting, measurements) Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently Great attendance record Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift moderate weight Strong focus on quality control Ability to follow company policies and procedures Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating UV print bed machinery or similar equipment Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues Willingness to learn and complete additional training Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Experience in quality control or inspection Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory tracking)
