Production Workers

Job Overview Due to recent expansion of Southern Classic Food Group, Personnel Resources is hiring for Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. These positions are long term temp to hire career opportunities and all shifts are available. Pay range $10-$14 depending on position. Duties Operate assembly lines and machinery to assemble products accurately and efficiently in a fast paced production environment Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the facility Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with standards Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks, utilizing forklift skills when necessary Follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a clean, organized work area Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Must be able to work in the heat Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and quality control practices Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment Must be able to bend, stoop, push and pull Some positions require lifting up to 50 pounds Join us as a Production Worker and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing high-quality products while advancing your career in manufacturing! #DP1
