Job Description

Sunlight Batteries USA is seeking temporary talent for a Production Support Associate role within our lithium-ion battery manufacturing operations to support immediate and ongoing production needs. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience or interest in manufacturing or warehouse environments who enjoy working in a team setting, are eager to learn new skills, and take pride in maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, quality, and efficiency. Associates in this role will assemble and prepare product kits by picking, organizing, and packaging materials according to instructions. Positions require availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM . Candidates selected to move forward will be required to register and onboard with a third‑party staffing agency as part of the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Assemble kits by gathering required parts, materials, or components Follow detailed work instructions, pick lists, or BOMs (Bill of Materials) Verify quantities and ensure accuracy of items in each kit Label, package, and stage completed kits for distribution or production Maintain organized workspace and inventory areas Perform quality checks to ensure kits meet standards Use basic tools, scanners, or warehouse systems (if required) Report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials Support other warehouse or production tasks as needed High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, assembly, or production experience a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer or handheld scanner skills (if applicable) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Perform repetitive tasks such as picking, packing, and sorting
