Job Description

The Lodge at Cadron Ridge is seeking an experienced and passionate Professional Dog Groomer to join our dedicated team. Our busy grooming salon is renowned for providing top-tier grooming and pampering services, ensuring they look and feel their best. As a Professional Dog Groomer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional grooming services tailored to each pet's specific needs and preferences. You will be responsible for grooming pets of various sizes and breeds, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and attention to detail. At The Lodge at Cadron Ridge, we are passionate about excellent customer service every time. Our facility is an all-inclusive Pet Lodge offering Daycare, Boarding, Training, and Grooming all under one roof. Our team of dedicated employees strives to provide the best care possible and create a welcoming environment for our four-legged customers and their parents. Responsibilities:
Perform grooming services, including bathing, brushing, haircutting, and nail trimming, according to breed standards and pet owners' preferences. Handle pets with care and professionalism, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process. Consult with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming tools, equipment, and workstations. Monitor pet health during grooming sessions and report any concerns to management. Adhere to spa protocols and standards for grooming procedures and pet handling.

Tips Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience professionally grooming Proven experience as a Dog Groomer with proficiency in grooming techniques for various breeds. Knowledge of breed-specific grooming standards and styles. Ability to handle pets with patience, kindness, and compassion. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality grooming results. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with pet owners and team members.
