Position Overview - Professional EngineerWe're seeking a New York/ New Jersey State Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to serve as (Professional Engineer), P.E. on DOT and heavy civil infrastructure projects. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing project-specific Quality Plans, supervising QA/QC activities, and ensuring full adherence to DOT and agency requirements.

Thruway Authority, or equivalent agencies30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Training Certification (Mandatory)Strong knowledge of transportation construction codes, standards, AHJ specs and quality proceduresExcellent technical writing, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in quality management software and digital reporting toolsBonus PointsAdditional licensure in NY/NJ (mandatory) or other statesBackground in inspection disciplines (geotechnical, concrete, asphalt, coatings, etc.)Familiarity with Primavera, HCSS, or project controls software

Salary Range:

$125K - $190K annually. This range is based on national market data and may vary widely by experience and location.
